What steps will my branding project take?

At Kijo Digital, we follow a simple, collaborative branding process to create a strong, recognizable brand. We begin by understanding your brand’s purpose, values, and goals, then develop several concepts for your feedback. After revisions, we deliver the final brand materials and guidelines to ensure your brand connects effectively with your audience.

Brand Discovery

We start by understanding your goals and vision. We ask questions to learn about your brand’s aspirations, values, and audience. We also discuss the emotions you want your brand to evoke. To deepen this process, we’ll ask you to complete a brand questionnaire over a coffee.

Branding Concepts

We generate three to four branding concepts based on the information gathered. Each concept presents a different approach to your brief. These ideas are designed to give you options and allow you to see how different styles reflect your brand’s identity. We’ll present these concepts for your feedback.

Revisions & Delivery

We refine the selected branding concept based on your feedback. If needed, we’ll go through up to three rounds of revisions. Once we finalize the design, we’ll package the files in all formats required for both digital and print use, ensuring you have everything to implement your new brand.

Brand Guidelines

If requested, we create a comprehensive brand guidelines document. This document outlines the correct and incorrect ways to use your brand elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms. It serves as a reference for designers, employees, or anyone else working with your brand in the future.
