theLAB is a forward-thinking collection of eco-conscious guesthouses nestled in South Africa’s Western Cape, with stunning properties in Franschhoek and Robertson. Known for their pioneering blend of green energy solutions and automated room technology, theLAB offers a hospitality experience that’s both sustainable and smart.
Despite their cutting-edge services, theLAB’s previous website did not reflect their innovation. The site lacked functionality for real-time room booking, restaurant reservations, and event space management, making it difficult for guests to interact with the brand online. They also needed a way to highlight their spa services, restaurant offerings, and dynamic blog content — all within a consistent, user-friendly experience.
